Counseling
Tiffany believes therapy isn’t about someone else telling you how to live your life. Her role is to walk alongside you as a guide—helping you better understand yourself, clarify what matters to you, and make choices that feel more connected to your own goals and values.
Her approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, authentic, and refreshingly down-to-earth. Tiffany understands that sometimes we come to therapy because something simply isn’t working anymore. Other times, life throws things at us that don’t make sense, and we need a place to hold the hard stuff while we figure out what comes next. Therapy can offer both: space for the difficult emotions and practical tools and insight for navigating them.
Tiffany also believes that meaningful growth isn’t always comfortable. In fact, discomfort can sometimes be an important signal that something needs our attention. Rather than viewing struggle, grief, or suffering simply as something to eliminate, she helps clients become curious about what those experiences might be telling them. Growth can feel a lot like suffering while we’re in the middle of it—and yet, it can also be what allows us to go deeper, understand ourselves better, and create lasting change.
Tiffany helps clients develop greater insight, gain new tools, and better understand the patterns that shape how they think, feel, respond, and relate to the world around them. The goal isn’t to become some idealized version of yourself. It’s to understand yourself better and build a life that feels more genuine.
Tiffany won’t pretend to have all the answers. What she offers is something more useful: a real, compassionate person willing to sit with you in the hard things, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and trust the journey with you—even when you’re right in the middle of it.
