Food.…..We eat it. We need it. Sometimes we choose healthy options and sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we eat emotionally and sometimes we eat because we are just plain HUNGRY!!
Our well-being is multi faceted. No one method or trick is the “magic bullet” but eating is something we do... A LOT! I always say “If you put diesel in a car that requires unleaded, what happens? Your car is ruined!” Your body is no different. Garbage in. Garbage out. Our mental health requires multiple healthy daily habits in order to get the good stuff out of life and healthy eating is one of those!! No one will point fingers if you eat the Krispy Kreme Donut… because sometimes we need one of those too!!!
